The NEAT Center of Oak Hill is committed to providing this intake form that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of this form and in doing so adhere to many of the available standards and guidelines.
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. Towards this goal, the intake form has been tested extensively with multiple screen readers like JAWS, NVDA, and ChromeVox.
